Bug Description

Binary package hint: grub2

I'm new to Ubuntu, and launched the "Update Manager" app.while doing the listed updates, this app (grub-pc) asked if i wanted to continue without installing grub, I attempted to chose NO to continue, but the process did not continue. I finally answered YES and the install process continued. I did a reboot to verify that the PC was still operational and this error reporting process came up.

I just launched Synaptic Package Manager and did a reinstall on the "grub-pc" app and it appeared to install OK.
The pkg mgr did indicate that one file would be loaded, but I did not investigate what that file was.
PC seems to be functioning correctly.
