Yes, its Lucid 10.04.

But as I said, the files on the root of the ISO image are dated 2010-03-02 (prior to the relase on 2010-04-29)
and the README.diskdefines reads: #define DISKNAME Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx" - Alpha i386
