Same Problem here.

About comment #11:

I dont got the Truecrypt bootcd iso boot working.
For now i use the "Skip TC Bootloader with ESC" workaround.
I installed the Grub2 Bootloader in sda6.
So i think the Truecrypt bootloader will scan all partitions.
