I installed Ubuntu on Feb 9th 2010 and have the same problems as first reported in Nov 2009.
sh:grub> ls (loop0) (hd0) (hd0,3) (hd0,2) (hd0,1) sh:grub>root (loop0): Filesystem is ext2 sh:grub> cat (loop0)/boot/grub/grub.cfg bunch of zeros sh:grub>configfile (loop0)/boot/grub/grub.cfg <nothing>
Also, I don't have a /dev/sda1.
Is there currently a work around or is the ubuntu installer for windows fixed since Feb 9th?
