Hello, when the boot fails, I get a black screen, usually when I don't press any key. Sometimes it starts without pressing any keys during boot. Regarding the esc button, the boot also worked.
But following the steps I gave previously, the boot works fine.

When the Lenovo logo appears on the screen, the boot is successful, when it does not appear, the screen remains frozen black.

Is there a command to run in the terminal? So I'll send you whatever report you need.

Very technical things I don't understand much, I'm a regular user 😄
