@Diftraku you will need to be specific about what behavior you are seeing and why you think this is a bug, since the behavior of 2.02-2ubuntu8.12 is known to not be the same as in 2.02-2ubuntu8.10.

If you have /boot on LVM and are booting in UEFI mode, then you will see a boot delay.
