I will send you an e-mail with instructions for what you are asking, but basically you need to load our efi driver from the UEFI shell because the device you have probably doesn't have our optrom loaded and therefore the system isn't automatically loading the device driver for you. The basic command for that is 'load <drivername>.efi'. I will be sure to send you the correct driver for that along with instructions.
