Note that to easily reproduce,

   lxc-create -t ubuntu-cloud -n cloud1
   lxc-start -n cloud1
   (login as ubuntu/ubuntu)
      sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade # assuming linux-image is slated to be updated.
