You seem to have your root filesystem on a disk plugged into the sixth IDE controller. Unfortunately the GRUB boot loader only supports up to four IDE controllers. I've filed this upstream: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?19381

Perhaps you can work around this by plugging the disk into a different controller?
