You seem to have your root filesystem on a disk plugged into the sixth IDE controller. Unfortunately the GRUB boot loader only supports up to four IDE controllers. I've filed this upstream: https:/ /savannah. gnu.org/ bugs/index. php?19381
Perhaps you can work around this by plugging the disk into a different controller?
