By installing ubuntu 8.10 the partitiontable shows hda as sdb and sett the ubuntu partition at first.
But my first harddisk is Windows Xp (IDE).

So I killed the ubuntu 8.10 installation and installing ubuntu 8.04.1 with no problems ....
