you have answered (#37) to the OP and was right to set the report as 'invalid'. But a lot of dupes also exist; that is why some links have been added on top of the report to teach and educate users hiting such issue.

Please let that report opened to let people find it and give them some paths for fixing their problem. Setting it as 'incomplete' for now instead.
