Well the today's daily image is busted due to bug 1053317 which has been fixed in 1.78ubuntu2 and uploaded as part of the installer in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/2.12.1

So I think you should either use beta1 image or wait for tomorrow's daily.

You can check jenkins auto tests first before trying daily ISO

And you have the same symptons in you bug report as bug 1053317
