Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done

This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

This was the case for Utopic, and is still the case for Vivid. The latest osmgpsmap is not available for Gramps because gpxviewer still depends on the old version: /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ gpxviewer/ +bug/1389843
