This bug was discussed on the github of gqrx,( https://github.com/csete/gqrx/issues/452 )
There, following workaround was found:
Recompile gr-osmosdr from sources, but diable UHD-support -> then gqrx works (at least with RTL2838 DVB-T-Sticks).
So, the bug seems to be there, and not in gqrx.
