Interim workaround for display access (v2)

Hi Curtis,

Here's patchset v2. It fixes make distcheck failure by adding
sub/org.gnome.gparted.policy.in to POTFILES.skip and corrects the
spelling mistakes.

My second distcheck failure was because I was doing a parallel make,
'make -j 2 distcheck' which was leading to ERROR: files left after
uninstall. Doing a single threaded 'make distcheck' works successfully.
