Probably a similar one as requested by 1334342, but we once in a while see the following and the flashing stops there:

adb reboot bootloader
+ ubuntu-device-flash --bootstrap --developer-mode --channel ubuntu-touch/utopic-proposed

Would be nice to have more logs for this failure and to retry the connection for the flashing to continue.
