Install *-dbgsym packages for panel and gtk:
- https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/1:3.26.0-1ubuntu5
- https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+3.0/3.22.30-1ubuntu4

And after setting env, add breakpoint:
break gdk_x_error
