Bug Description

Since users still have to get Bluetooth running manually following http://askubuntu.com/questions/131570/how-do-you-make-ubuntu-accept-files-sent-over-bluetooth because https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-user-share/+bug/1406108 is still not fixed[1] there's need for the `gnome-user-share` script (usually `/usr/lib/gnome-user-share/gnome-user-share`). It's no longer provided by `gnome-user-share` and `apt-file find gnome-user-share` doesn't reveal any location where it could be now.

As alternative, a thought-through intuitive bluetooth setup that not just somehow, but reliably works in all possible senses would be appreciated.

workaround from #4 does no longer seem to work in bionic. How can this be so screwed up in an LTS?
