In oneiric this material will be shipped in our ubuntu-docs package. Please could you work on this bzr branch when submitting changes and merge proposals:

Sorry for any confusion.

No need to build the package to test your fix, it should be sufficient just to open the page you are working on in yelp or to run the check_validation script over it.
