Comment 6 for bug 742857

I just had a look at Gunnar's XML document, and I think it's a great help for users who want to do finer customizations of their language settings. So this should by all means be included. I'm not really fussed whether this lives in language-selector or ubuntu-docs, that's merely an implementation detail. If Matthew and Phil think it doesn't fit in ubuntu-docs, then let's put it into language-selector. After all, much of the document describes the settings of l-s, so in its entirety it isn't a good fit for the upstream gnome-help either. To me it seems quite suitable as an app specific help file.
