It may not be perfect in the final release. But then take into account that Ubuntu 20.04 is an LTS release, which means that a full translation update will happen soon before the point release 20.04.1 in July. So you will have the opportunity to fix things after final release.
Doesn't look like beta freeze is over - at least the release team hasn't yet started to approve uploads.
