Yes I am running Gnome. And this happens within the Gnome-Terminal. And it always happens. Though I also have kubuntu-desktop installed. But I do not think it has anything to do with this.
Also I suspect this bug occurs not only Turkish keyboard but most foreign keyboards.
Also say when I type "man date", at a point in the man pages displayed text is like broken as below
-rfc-3339TIMESPEC output date and time in RFC 3339 format. TIMESPEC=âdateâ, âsecâ
So probably man itself is breaking the keyboard layout. But as told when I re-open the gnome-terminal everything works normal
