Hello,
Today is ending July and not solution had given. In my case it some time works, after many click on the menu it open the option but it is realy anoying.
At the moment there is not information about the cause, (system load, hardware, boths?).
The issue is for any window, not jus terminal, Totem us a godd exdample, so I think is OS problem not app problem.
