Happens whenever I restart the GUI environment
(Gnome/Metacity)
I get a notification that something has crashed on the toolbar almost immediately after the Gnome/metacity GUI is started. The sound configuration utility asoundconf also crashes on startup. GAIM seems to think I am disconnected, and the network manager applet also reports I am disconnected. (No network connection when I hover the mouse over it) The same thing happens again if I kill X and restart.
Yet I obviously have connectivity, I can run firefox ( am using it to type this) and can ping things. Network tools from the control panel correctly reports I have an IP V4 address assigned via DHCP from my Linksys wireless router.
I have Network Manager configured as a session startup, so I guess the answer is yes, I do run it automatically.

Thank you for your bug. Does it happen every time. What do you call
"boot"? The start of the application? Do you run it automatically when
starting your computer?
