21h: I can't tell without more information (as always). If you're in Karmic, then the only way to fix that is to upgrade to Lucid. ;-) If you're on Lucid, then it's definitely not the same bug.

BTW I'm closing it due to lack of feedback, please reopen if it turns out to be still present *in Lucid*.
