Bug Description

from the upgraded 5.04 ubuntu install, by default no file sharing protocol is
installed.
attempting to share a folder with the system->administration->shared folders
dialog pops up a warning that users need to install either samba or nfs.

running shared folders without having samba or nfs needs to run a wizard similar
to the new printer wizard, optionally installing both, and failing back on the
warning dialog if they select neither. the wizard needs to prompt if samba
should share the /home/username directories, and it should ensure that smbpasswd
is run.

nfs needs to be similarly eased into.

the workaround is to read about package management and install either from
synaptec or apt-get manually, then re-run the shared folders dialog.
