I was able to reproduce that Europe/Belgrade, Europe/Ljubljana, Europe/Skopje, and Europe/Zagreb get mapped to Europe/Sarajevo, but was unable to get any discrepancy for Europe/London (also since Mark Fraser is using Kubuntu, his is bound to be a different problem). This was on Jaunty 9.04.
