Bug Description

Running testcase Desktop (Xubuntu) in Xubuntu Desktop i386 for Trusty Daily (2013-11-11) at http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/308/builds/56914/testcases/1300.
During New user test gnome-system-tools 3.0.0-2ubuntu2 crashed.
Steps made during the test:
Go to Applications -> Settings Manager -> Users and Groups and add a new user

The only difference concerns the Xubuntu version with which the crash occurred.
