I haven't error message ~/.xsession-errors, the pkg is Gnome network-admin 1.1.4.1.
Surely the location can't be deleted, but i think that it has some problems
also with /etc/interfaces/network.
I can't try on a different net to compare the results, but it seems don't
produce a right gateway and don't handle the authentication with wireless.
I'm not sure about thats last point, but u can try to reproduce my configuration
with your net.

I've to interfaces eth0 and wlan0

eth0 works on 172.16.0.somenumber
gtw 172.16.0.1

eth0 is static

wlan0 is based on dlink 650+
192.168.1.somenumber
gtw 192.168.1.1

About eth0 i've configured manually the gateway in /etc/interfaces/network
because it did'nt work with Gnome network-admin 1.1.4.1..
About wlan0 i've configured manually the auth in /etc/interfaces/network because
it did'nt configure with Gnome network-admin 1.1.4.1.

Really i've tried also a USR805410, the bios is correctly loaded but it seems
don't work , i dunno why, this is another stuff.
