WEP key information missing

Bug Description
When entering a WEP key there is no information on the format the system expects
the key in. At the moment, to enter a password you have to prefix it with 's:'.
I suspect the default is a hex key, with or without hyphens. I think this either
needs to be documented in the help or a select box added allowing the user to
select the key format.
