The settings keys for the colors use:

    g_strdup_printf ("cpu-color%d", i%4);

so CPUs 4-7 share their colors with 0-3. Looks like this is due to this patch:

    http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-system-monitor/commit/?id=bb8c0a89cae435ad12734c2d8fca3a16f94a26bf

as a workaround for:

So it's perfect.
I also discovered that we can change the colors manually.
