Comment 10 for bug 104013

I have the same problem: the system monitor shows a cpu's performance always next to 100 % but processes and command 'top' displays a very different situation, probably more true beacuse my pc runs very well without slowdown.
However after that the system monitor has crashed when it was opened, the problem seens to be vanished.
