Yes. It seems when gnome-software started, mouse will not be work.

A Japanese user reported to ubuntu-jp ML, "I can workaround by
removing gnome-software."

Additionaly he said "I reproduced on Ubuntu GNOME, but not on Ubuntu MATE"
