I'm seeing this with a left/config running the precise, ATI and open drivers.

Fine on boot if just using my laptop without a monitor and fine for the first time since reboot that I add a monitor. After a remove the monitor I have this miss-alignment and every-time I attach a monitor/TV thereafter.

Does not break anything, just annoying to look at.
