I'm unable to obtain a crash file because gnome-shell start looping when I click on the partition icon in the dock.
also trying ubuntu-bug I have a message:
corrado@corrado-ll-beta:~$ ubuntu-bug gnome-shell
cloud-init run data not found on system. Unable to add cloud-specific data.
