Also getting this after updating to 22.04 over the weekend.

Ubuntu crash report dialog points identifies as 'DuplicateOf' 'https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1959507.

running: journalctl -n 300 /usr/bin/gnome-shell

...indicates the following:
