I can reproduce the JavaScript errors, but not the overview failing to appear. Maybe those are different bugs, or maybe not. They sound awfully related. Please try disabling/uninstalling these extensions and tell us if the situation improves:

'suspend-button@laserb',
'<email address hidden>'

At the same time I will look into the JavaScript errors under the heading of https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/3969
