Opening the Utilities folder and trying to scroll through it will expand and multiply the pages on the Show all applications panel

Bug Description

  What's expected to happen:
Retracting or closing the Utilities folder should not affect the amount of pages displayed on the Show all applications panel.

  What happens instead:
Retracting or closing the Utilities folder increases the amount of dots that represent the pages displayed on the Show all applications panel.
