Hi. In ubuntu 20.20, whenever I double click on the titlebar of the window of some programs (including: firefox, simplenote, geany, visual studio code, etc.; excluding gedit, evince, nautilus, etc.), the double click is transferred to the desktop. For example, if behind the titlebar, at the (X,Y) position of mouse pointer, there is a folder icon on my desktop, that folder gets opened.

However, if right behind the titlebar there is another window (not desktop), the double click is not transferred to that window or to desktop.
