2020-07-21 06:48:58 LibreTan description Affected version Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, GNOME version 3.36.2, Windowing system Wayland Bug summary Clicking the maximize button on a window does not maximize the window. Steps to reproduce Click the maximize button on a window. Expected output: Window should get maximized. Output observed: The maximize button takes the click and becomes highlighted. However the window is not maximized. If the screen is refreshed, for example by pressing the super key then the window gets maximized. Interestingly, a double click on the window title bar immediately maximizes the window. Also the issue is observed in GNOME software like the Terminal or Settings windows, but not in other software like Firefox.
