PRIME Sync on/off changes:
__GL_MaxFramesAllowed=1 unset:
g-c-c bluetooth animation - 85% -> 30%
dragging windows - 85% -> 40%

__GL_MaxFramesAllowed=1 set:
g-c-c bluetooth animation - 10% -> 20%
dragging windows - 35% -> 45%

Entertaining but not really helping to shed light on this.
