As I said, console-setup. I think cyphermox took the final changes in the merge of 1.166.
It was some time ago, so you are probably not hitting this case.
Was it triggered by a package update for you? If so, then yes, please have a look at what you upgraded and try to replay any suspicious things to reproduce the failure.
