Meanwhile I have tested more and more Systems and EVERY System is affected by this issue. I tried gdm also, without any positive effect. I also update to 12.04.2 (lts-quantal kernel and xserver) without any positive effect.

So I continue getting a cup of coffee after power on and before log in.
