Add permanent delete option (including Shift+Delete)

Thank you for your bug report, could you provide details though?

- in what directory is it? is that a local one or remove? what filesystem
- what view type do you use in nautilus?
- what keyboard layout do you use?

shift + delete on a desktop text file
text file moves to trash

If you do this from a nautilus window, you get the expected permanent delete.

The desktop is not handled by nautilus anymore, that's a bug in the new gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons component.
Also next time please give some details in the description directly, it would avoid comment roundtrips to understand what's going on.
