Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

Starting with version 2.31.91-0ubuntu2, my CRT monitor starts with a refresh rate of 60 Hz (overriding the 75 Hz set in xorg.conf). Using nvidia-settings to manually set it back to 75 Hz works, but after restarting gnome-settings-daemon it's back to 60 Hz.

Running g-s-d with --debug shows following when starting the xrandr plugin:

** (gnome-settings-daemon:15901): DEBUG: Activating xrandr plugin
** (gnome-settings-daemon:15901): DEBUG: Starting xrandr manager
