Oop sorry Chris :) (and Marc) to be fair, I think I'm allowed both to call Dells stupid and misspell kernel if I really want to, but I'll avoid caps in future! And as to someone who knows what they're doing (the bit I realise now was probably interpreted as rude) I was actually referring to someone other than myself... being not particularly experienced at this.
