After resume from suspend to ram, ALPS touchpad ignores settings in gnome-mouse-properties. According to settings, 'Mouse clicks with touchpad' is disabled options, but taping on touchpad produces 'clicks'. Enabling and disabling that option fixes the issue - until next suspend.
