Bug Description

There is already a fixed issue about this bug.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/1685035

However, the bug is still happening on my 4K monitor with resolution 3840x2160 (16:9) and 200% scaling. This only occurs once computer starts. It does not occur after locking the screen.
