Now on Raring, the backlight is off after resuming from suspend. I have to run the following (blind type) after resuming each time:
echo 978 | sudo tee /sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness

Also, the function keys to control the brightness setting still don't work. They do on Quantal.
