I'm not completely sure, but it appeared like that I got the error fixed by means of reinstalling all gnome-keyring packages. I have the suspicion that the /etc/pam.d/common-* files might be created with the wrong contents. For those people which still have the bug, can you make a backup of /etc/pam.d and try a "sudo pam-auth-update --package"?
